Manually verify how many accounts have logged into Fusion 360 by looking at the following directories: Make sure the correct email address associated with the desired account is being used to log into Fusion 360. Look through all projects and folders.Ĭonfirm being signed in using the correct Autodesk ID: In some instances it may seem like data files or folders are missing, but they may have been saved in a different project or folder. Data files or folders are stored in a different project: If they are listed there, can they be opened? Using the Right-Click -> Move command on the thumbnail of the file in the "My Recent Data" folder will allow the file to be moved to a desired Project and more easily located and organized. Check the "My Recent Data" project folder to see if the missing files are listed within it.

Oftentimes, when invited to data from another account, the individual needs to switch Team Hubs to access the data (see How to Switch between a Personal hub and a Team hub in Fusion 360 ). Data is stored in a different Fusion Team Hub: Each email address has an individual data hub where the data is stored.
